Starting Points
The Starting Points activity set provides a way for students to re-engage with school and for teachers to learn about their students at the start of school. Emerging from the research on stereotype threat, socio-psychological interventions, and culturally sustaining pedagogy, the activities can be implemented in person, remotely, synchronously, or asynchronously.
Centered on a 15-minute writing exercise, Starting Points prompts students to consider and freely express the values they live by.
ELA Anywhere Planning Guide
The planning guide is designed to support teachers as they teach Amplify ELA—whether students are using the digital or print curriculum, are in person, distance learning, or in a hybrid scenario. These planners will also support classes that remain in one learning scenario throughout the unit or move between different scenarios.

ELA Anywhere Remote Resource
These printable student lessons are designed for situations where students are offline and need to work through lessons largely independently. Like the digital and existing print lessons, Amplify Anywhere lessons fit into the fully hybrid model of ELA—a student who completes lessons 1–5 in Amplify Anywhere will be ready to begin lesson 6 in either the Amplify digital platform or print Student Edition if there is a change in the learning scenario.

Student Navigation Guide
Amplify ELA also created a student navigation guide for the digital curriculum to help students and caregivers understand how to log-in and navigate the digital curriculum. This will be especially helpful to send home if students are starting the year off remotely.
Mobile Solos
All daily Solo activities are available on mobile devices, making it easy for students to complete assignments during a remote learning period.
