In Batch Upload, you can download CSV (comma-separated values) templates and your rostering and enrollment data. Your data downloads as a csv file with your current staff data. You can modify this file to manage your rosters or add multiple staff or students to classes. Learn more about Batch Upload here.

To download your data, click Admin Portal to open the Admin Portal, then click Upload to open the Batch Upload page.
Go to Download your data and set the scope of your download using selections from the two lists.
Click Select organization and select the box to the left of the district or the individual school(s) you want to include in your download.
Click Select data type and select whether you want to download All students and staff, All students only, All staff only, or All admins only.
If your primary enrollment method is Clever, ClassLink, or GG4L, your data type options are All staff only and All admins only.
Click Request download.
When the data is ready, a notification displays. Click Download data to save the users.csv file to your device.
