Batch Upload: Download your data for Third-Party Enrollment Sources

How to download your staff data from the Admin Portal Batch Upload page.

In Batch Upload, you can download CSV (comma-separated values) templates and your staff data (all staff or only admins). Your data downloads your staff data rostered in Amplify and staff synced from your enrollment source as a CSV file.

You can modify this file to manage your support staff roster in Amplify products or add multiple staff members to classes. Modifying your Student Information System (SIS) staff in a Batch Upload will update their information in Amplify products, but will not sync back to your enrollment source.

  1. To download your data, navigate to the Admin Portal, then click Upload to open the Batch Upload page.

  2. Go to Download your data and set the scope of your download using selections from the two lists.

    • Click Select organization and select the box to the left of the district or the individual school(s) you want to include in your download.

    • Click Select data type and select whether you want to download All staff only or All admins only.

  3. Click Request download.

  4. When the data is ready, a notification displays. Click Download data to save the users.csv file to your device.

    The CSV file saves to your default download folder.

  5. Save your CSV file in an easily accessible location for uploading in case you need to update your rosters during the school year.
