These steps must be completed by a District Administrator.
Note: If you are using Common Cartridge, all cartridges will need to be regenerated before migrating to the Amplify LTI 1.3 app. Please contact help@amplify.com before completing this migration.
The steps in this article show you how to remove the Amplify LTI 1.1 app.
Log in to your Canvas Admin account.
If you use sub-accounts, be sure to select the account in question.
Scroll to the bottom of the left menu, and select Settings. Then, navigate to Apps → View App Configurations.
Find the app configuration for Amplify LTI 1.1. The name that will display will be the name you chose when setting up the app initially.
Click the Gear symbol in that row. Then, select Delete.
To complete the migration, add the Amplify LTI 1.3 app using the instructions in this help article: District Setup for LTI 1.3 App for Canvas.
