Frequently asked questions about login and passwords at Amplify.

How do I log in?

Your district IT has set up a specific login method for your district. Please contact your district if you are unsure which login method your district uses. Following is the full list of available Amplify login options.

Amplify Login Options

Log in with Amplify

Enter your district username and password (provided to your district IT by Amplify).

Scan QR Code

Students can connect to Amplify using QR codes generated by their teacher. For more information, see: QR Code Help.

District SSO

Students, teachers, and school administrators log in to their Amplify products using credentials provided by your district or state. For more information, see: District SSO

Third Party Login Options

Log in with Google

Use your district provided Google email address and password to log in to Amplify. Google login is available for students, teachers, and school administrators.

Log in with Clever

With Clever Login with Amplify, students, teachers, and school administrators can use the same username and password they use for all of their other online applications to access Amplify’s applications. Log in with ClassLink

With ClassLink login with Amplify, teachers, students, and school administrators can use the same username and password they use for all of their other online applications to access Amplify’s applications. For more information on how your district logs in with ClassLink, please contact your district IT.

Log in with Schoology or Canvas

Students, teachers, and school administrators log in to Schoology or Canvas. They click the Amplify 1.3 app in Schoology or Canvas to be signed into their account and directed to their Amplify home page. For more information on logging in with Schoology or Canvas, please contact your district IT.


My login is not working.

If you are getting an error message or blank screen from Amplify, the website might be blocked by a district content filter. Please check with your district IT to confirm that the URLs on this page have been allowed for your district network. You can also check to ensure “cookies” are accepted on your device.

If you still receive an error message or blank screen when accessing an Amplify page, please contact Amplify Customer Care and Support using the chat icon available within the program or at help@amplify.com or 800-823-1969. So we can best help you, please specify: your district name, login method, email address, and full name. If you are receiving an error message from Google, Clever, or ClassLink; please reach out to your district IT for help.

I can log in but other teachers cannot.

We want to help! It sounds like the other teachers may not be properly rostered or licensed. Please contact Amplify Amplify Customer Care and Support using the chat icon available within the program or at help@amplify.com, or call 800-823-1969. So we can best help you, please specify: your district name, login method, email address, and full name.

What are my login credentials?

Please contact your district IT administrator to confirm your login credentials.


My Amplify password is not working.

If your password is not working with the Login with Amplify button, please confirm with your district that this is the correct login option for your district. If it is the correct login option, try changing your password (see below).

My Clever/ClassLink/Google password is not working.

If your password is not working with Clever, ClassLink, or Google, please reach out to your district IT to request that your password be reset.

I use Login with Amplify. How do I change my Amplify password?

To reset your Amplify password: click Login with Amplify, then click the Forgot Password link. If you do not receive an email with password reset instructions, please check your Spam folder. Make sure to include the following addresses: do-not-reply@amplify.com, noreply@amplify.com, and noreply@welcome.amplify.com as trusted sources so these messages do not go to your Spam inbox.
