Student Investigation Notebooks
Amplify Science offers Investigation Notebooks for purchase or download. Available for every unit, the Investigation Notebooks contain instructions for student activities and space for students to record data, reflect on ideas from texts and investigations, and construct explanations and arguments.
Elementary School
At the K–5 level, each unit kit includes one copy of the Investigation Notebook. For classrooms, additional copies can be purchased pre-printed and bound from Amplify, or teachers can download and print them directly from the curriculum website. For districts using Amplify Science with digital student licenses, the physical Investigation Notebooks are optional since students can engage with its pages digitally (see Flexible, Blended program for more information).
