Start, present, and teach your class in the digital experience.

Updated over 2 months ago

With the Amplify Caminos digital experience, you can set up your classroom screens for an optimized teaching experience. This will enable you to navigate seamlessly between your Teacher Guide and Presentation screens. A two-screen setup is recommended to present the lesson content efficiently and monitor student work.

Teacher Guide

From the lesson overview, click Presentar to open the Teacher Guide.

In the Teacher Guide, you can start class, view the lesson slides with teacher notes, monitor student work, and present the lesson content on a second screen.

When you are ready to teach, click Iniciar clase and select the class, or choose to present without selecting a class. The Presentation screen opens in a new tab, and pulls students who are working on a device into the lesson.

If you have a teacher-only digital license, only Sin selección de clase (No class selection) displays.

Presentation

The Presentation tab is a student-facing slide deck, so your students can follow along with your lesson. Click the purple next or back buttons to move between slides.

You can drag the Presentation tab to a separate presentation screen and control the Teacher Guide tab on your own laptop or device.

The Teacher Guide tab allows you to privately view the lesson. Click the purple next or back buttons on the Teacher Guide tab to move between slides. You can also click the double chevron at the bottom middle of the screen to display the slides and select the one to present. You can:

  • Freely navigate and view slides by clicking on the slide itself to preview what might be upcoming and review your teacher notes.

  • Pace your student’s progression and pause the lesson.
