What Spanish supports are available for Amplify Desmos Math?

Amplify Desmos Math offers multiple Spanish language components for teachers, students, and caregivers across our curriculum.

For the 2024–2025 school year, translated Spanish materials will only be available for 6-8 in select components. Translated Spanish materials for other grades will be released as they become available.


How to change the language to Spanish

Teachers

Teachers can change their language to Spanish by clicking the Language button with the globe icon at the bottom of the screen and then clicking Español (LATAM).


Students

Students can change the language to Spanish by clicking the 3-bar menu and selecting Accessibility. Students should then click the Language button with the globe icon at the bottom of the screen and then click Español (LATAM).

All digital lesson activities, lesson practice, and assessments (Pre-Unit Check, Sub-Unit Quizzes, End-of-Unit Assessments, Show What You Know) are available in Spanish.

Student lesson practice sets in Spanish are available as printable PDFs on the Amplify Desmos Math platform.

The Spanish website provides an overview of the program and its philosophy, an overview of student resources, and Unit Caregiver Letters.


Spanish Unit Overview Caregiver PDFs

In Spanish, these PDFs include “Summary” and “Try It” problems for each lesson in the unit and an English/Spanish Glossary.

The Unit Overview Caregiver PDFs will be released throughout the fall.
