The student’s profile page displays the student’s details (i.e., name, email, state ID, grade, classes, and organizations). Click here to learn how to generate a username and password for the student.
The email issued to students is for reference and not a real email address. The email is based on the student’s State ID.
How do students log in after they have an account?
Students can log in with a username and password.
The student profile page in the Admin Portal includes a link that opens the Login Options page.
From this page, you can generate a username and password.
QR codes are not supported for the Louisiana Department of Education’s State Assessment K-3 Literacy Screener login.
Username and password
You can generate student usernames and passwords for your entire class or for one student at a time.
These steps generate usernames and passwords only for students added to the Admin Portal. All students synced from the state already have usernames and passwords generated.
On the Rosters page, click Classes.
On the Class List page, select a class to open its profile page.
Click Login options.
On the Login management panel, click Amplify Login.
A list of all students in the selected class displays.
The list has three columns:

Generate usernames and passwords for the entire class
In the Amplify Login tab of the Login management panel, locate the Username (E-mail) column.
Select Generate all usernames and passwords.
You can generate usernames and passwords for up to 100 students at a time. If your class has over 100 students, you can only generate usernames and passwords for individual students or regenerate your student’s existing passwords.
The students’ usernames display in the Username (E-mail) column, and their passwords display, masked by dots, in the Password column. Click the Eye icon to view the password.
The Regenerate password button displays under the student’s password.Once the username is generated, it will be visible on the student profile page.
Generate usernames and passwords for one student at a time
In the Amplify Login tab of the Login management panel, locate the Username (E-mail) column.
Find the student whose credentials you want to generate, and click Generate username and password.
The student’s username displays in the Username (E-mail) column, and the student’s password displays, masked by dots, in the Password column. Click the Eye icon to view the password.
The Regenerate password button displays under the student’s password.Once the username is generated, it will be visible on the student profile page.
You can also update an individual student's username from the Login Options panel on the student's profile page.
