The new Lesson at a Glance feature offers a visual summary of the lesson’s activities, as well as a preview of the lesson’s slides and notes.

When inside a lesson, click Lesson at a Glance from the menu on the left, underneath Overview.

Within Lesson at a Glance you can preview the lesson, read activity summaries, and see suggested pacing.

Click the blue Preview Lesson button to see an overview of the lesson’s slides and notes.

When the preview is launched, you can scroll through to get an overall sense of the slide content, or click individual slides and see the included notes, which typically contain instructions for teacher actions, suggested teacher talk, and example student responses.

Note that you can only preview the lesson slides that have been provided by Amplify. Any customized slides will not appear.

Underneath the Preview Lesson button, you will see the name of each activity in the lesson, as well as the suggested pacing for it. Click Read more to view a summary of the activity or click See less to hide it.
