What is Custom Assessment:

Custom Assessment is an app that provides teachers with an item bank of premade content that they can use to create assessments, quizzes, and assignments for their students.

Who has Access:

Amplify Math Teachers licensed to all editions of Grades 6-8, Accelerated 6, Accelerated 7, and Algebra 1 have access to this app to create Custom Assessments.

How to Navigate to Custom Assessment:

You can access Custom Assessment by navigating to My Content through the Programs and Apps menu in the global navigation bar.

Within My Content, you can create custom assessments, or view the custom assessments that you have already created.

To learn more about My Content, click here.

Create an Assessment

To use the editor to create custom assessment, follow these steps:

1.) From My Content, click Create Assessment.

2.) Create a custom assessment.

a.) Title: Enter the name of the assessment.

b.) Instructions: Enter a student facing description of the assessment.

Reminder: As you move to Add Problems and Review, your work will be autosaved so you continue your work at another time if you choose to close out. This will send your assessment to your My Content library as a “draft.” In the event that your session timed out, the app will auto-save a draft.
