Self-service Administrator Reports are available for the Amplify digital experience for CKLA and K–5 Science. Administrators can directly access these reports at: my.amplify.com/admin-reports.

With Administrator Reports access, administrators can see an overview of teacher and student usage and log-in data for the current school year. Detailed usage data reports are also available for download as a CSV file.

Districts and school administrators overseeing classrooms that are also active in Amplify Reading K–5, Amplify Science 6–8, and Amplify ELA 6–8 will be able to see those reports all in the same application.

How to get access

In order to access Administrator Reports for the digital experience CKLA & K–5 Science, administrators must have access to the Amplify CKLA digital experience or the Amplify Science digital experience, and have Reporting Access permission associated with their district or school.

If you believe your account has met those two criteria, but you are still not able to see Administrator Reports on My Account, please reach out to one of your colleagues who has System Access for assistance.

Find your colleagues

You can find your colleagues who have system access by navigating to the Amplify Admin Portal.

  1. Click Admin Portal in the global navigation at the top of your My Account page. The Rosters page of the Admin Portal displays.

  2. To find colleagues who can help, click Need assistance? on the Rosters page.

On the panel that displays is a list of your colleagues with who can help you get access to the Administrator Reports.

Features

Admin Reports are updated every 24 hours. You can log in at any time and see student activity up to the previous school day.

Snapshots

Upon logging in, you will land on the Snapshots page. This page provides a quick glance at the number of active versus total licensed students, grades, or schools. Active students, grades, or schools have used the Amplify digital experience since the beginning of the school year. Licensed students and schools have been granted access to the Amplify digital experience.

Data on this page is aggregated based on the districts or schools you are associated with. For example, a district administrator would see totals for the Amplify digital experience across all schools in the district, and a school administrator would see a total for their specific school(s) or grade(s) within their school.

From the Snapshots page, you can navigate to other areas of Admin Reports by clicking the Explore Reports button.

Usage

Administrators can see an overview of student and teacher activity through the new Usage reports, including:

  • Number of log-ins, broken down:

    • In total

    • By school (or class, when viewing school-level reports)

    • By grade

  • Weekly active users, broken down by teachers and students

Data Export

Administrators can download student Usage data.

After selecting the year (currently, only 21–22 is available), click on the “Export CSV” button to download a file that includes summarized student usage activity aggregated over the school year.

  • The size of the file will continue to grow as the school year progresses and more data is accumulated.

  • If you are a district administrator or a multi-school administrator, use the drop-down menu to filter Data Export on a specific school. Once a specific school is selected, click the Export CSV button to download a CSV for that school.

For a detailed explanation of the columns and data included in the file, refer to the Export Guide for the digital experience PDF available in the Administrator Reports app.
