The Application Gallery page displays all the available apps you can add to the Amplify OneRoster CSV Upload Portal. Access the page by clicking the Application Gallery icon in the left navigation bar.
Four apps display in the Application Gallery for the Enrollment Portal. Two are Import apps that bring your enrollment data into the portal; two are Export apps that send your enrollment data from the portal to Amplify's enrollment systems. You can filter to view only the Import apps by clicking Import at the top of the screen; you can filter to view only the Export apps by clicking Export.
The two Import apps are:
SFTP - Supports the uploading of your enrollment files using a third-party file transfer client; they remain staged in a secure landing area until the enrollment is uploaded manually or via regularly scheduled updates.
CSV Upload - Supports direct, all-in-one uploading of files to the portal.
The two Export apps are:
Amplify - Exports data into the enrollment system for Core Curriculum and Supplementals.
Amplify mCLASS - Exports data into the enrollment system for mCLASS.
Clicking the tile for an app opens an information panel. Clicking Activate installs the app on the Enrollment Portal, where you will be required to configure it for your enrollment data.
