Students can access Amplify CKLA media and apps on the Amplify Hub.
Upon login, the Amplify Hub home screen displays links to Amplify CKLA apps and media. All grades have access to grade-specific materials.
Grades K–2 have access to Knowledge Builders, the Sound Library, and the K–5 Library. Grades 3–5 have access to the Vocab App, K–5 Library, and Biblioteca.
Knowledge Builders
Students can access grade-specific Knowledge Builder videos for each unit in grades K–2. These videos provide a multimedia experience, engage students in content, and make learning fun. They introduce each unit or domain, highlighting content and vocabulary knowledge, supporting reading comprehension, and sparking your students’ interest.
Students can click a unit number at the bottom of the screen, or use the back or next arrow to select a unit. Click the blue play button to watch the selected unit’s video.
Sound Library
The Sound Library contains resources to help students learn, recognize, and articulate individual sounds. Students can select sound cards organized by Skills Strand units.
On each sound card, students can listen to the sound (the blue speaker button to the right of the selected letter), watch a video offering pronunciation guidance for every phoneme (the green play button), and watch a music video (the purple musical notes button). Each selection corresponds to the sound card. Once students are done reviewing a sound card, they can click the X button to return to the complete library.
The pronunciation guidance demonstrates letter formation. Students learn from a real kid articulating the sound with fun animations.
The music videos feature characters dancing to music and lyrics to follow along. This fosters a love of language and incorporates exciting opportunities for students to practice sounds and sound spellings. The music video includes sing-along captions.
K–5 Library
The K–5 Library allows students access to the complete collection of CKLA readers for each grade level.

Vocab App
The Vocab App is designed for independent practice to aid in vocabulary acquisition. Students can use the Vocab App to access Amplify CKLA unit vocabulary words for game-like activities that challenge students to think through morphology, analogy, and synonyms/antonyms, and to decipher meaning through context.
