What is the Reporting feature and how do I use it?

Updated this week

Teachers of Amplify Science grades 6–8 have access to a feature called Reporting via the Global Navigation bar.

When unit assessments are administered digitally, the Reporting tool enables teachers to analyze student performance on the unit assessments. Reporting offers teachers several valuable features including:

  • At-a-glance graphs showing class performance on the Pre-Unit, Critical Juncture (mid-unit), and End-of-Unit assessments.

  • Item-level analysis, showing the spread of student responses to each of the multiple-choice options for every question on the assessment.

Teachers will no longer be able to click a student’s name and see the student’s drill-down view. Individual student work can still be accessed through Classwork.

The following video demonstrates how to access and utilize Reporting.

Some of the navigational elements in this video may not match the information in this article. Stay tuned for an updated video.
