How do I clear my browser's cache?

Clearing the cache may fix issues like slow loading times or formatting problems.

While clearing the cache can fix website performance issues, be aware that you are deleting locally stored data in your browser, including any unsynced mCLASS assessment results, and you will be signed out of most websites. Verify that you can see all your students' assessment data in classroom and student reporting before following the steps in this article.

Chrome

  1. In Chrome, tap or click the three-dot Settings menu.

  2. Tap or click Clear browsing data.

  3. In the window that opens, choose All time from the Time range list.

  4. Tap or click to select the boxes labeled Cookies and other site data and Cached images and files.

  5. Click Clear data.

Safari (Mac)

  1. In Safari, click the Safari menu and click Settings...

  2. In the window that opens, click Privacy.

  3. Click Manage Website Data...

  4. From the list of sites that displays, click amplify.com.

  5. Click Remove.

  6. Click Done, and click the red Close button to exit the Settings window.

Safari (iPad)

  1. Open your iPad's Settings app.

  2. In the Settings menu, tap Safari.

  3. Tap Clear History and Website Data.
