A lesson in an episodes takes on average 15 minutes to complete; however, it does vary based on individual student's skill levels. Corresponding practice can take as long as a student chooses to participate.

How should students balance engaging with lessons versus practice?

We recommend that students work through the lesson at their own pace and spend at least 10-15 minutes a day on practice.
