My class roster is missing students, and some students are in the wrong class periods.
If your class roster was sent to Amplify via Clever or CSV file, please contact your school IT to coordinate with Amplify Customer Support. An updated class roster from your school IT can be sent to Amplify via a CSV file or through an automated Clever connection.
For Self-Enrollment customers, you can move students from one class to another in My Account. If you are missing students, they can join your class using the Class Code provided when you created the class. This can also be found in My Account.
