What's coming

Several new and exciting features are coming to Amplify English Language Arts (ELA) in the ‘24–‘25 school year to help save you time, extend your reach, and support your efforts to deliver the types of rigorous and riveting learning experiences you know your students deserve.

PD Library updates

All of your asynchronous professional development materials will be available in the PD Library. Find the PD Library in your Programs & Apps menu.

Enhanced Student Home experience

Instead of accessing both My Work and Student Home, students using Amplify ELA will have a seamless experience accessing all of their assignments and class materials in one place: Student Home. This will streamline the Student experience and give them easy access to all of their resources in one place.

Content enhancements

Amplify ELA will have an optional PDF Gold Rush sub-unit that has both a teacher-facing guide and student resources. The materials include additional primary and secondary sources that align to the Gold Rush unit to support students to consider this historic event from diverse perspectives.

New Guide to Assessments, Reporting, and Grading

The Amplify ELA 6–8 Guide to Assessments, Reporting, and Grading will provide educators with detailed information on each of these features. This resource equips educators with a clear understanding of how to implement assessments and offers insights into student performance and data reporting tools, so that educators can make informed decisions to support student growth and enhance instructional strategies.
