When I try to open a digital simulation or app, there’s an orange error screen saying, “Error. You are not authorized to use this resource.”

This is a mistake with the permissions on your account and is easily corrected by contacting the Amplify Customer Support at 1-800-823-1969.  

A Customer Support analyst can remedy this quickly with the following information:

  • Your school name

  • Your name and email address

  • The simulation or app you are trying to access
